The Mounties suffered a tough 5-1 loss against Haslett on Tuesday. The quick, technical Vikings proved to be difficult for Northwest as they scored three goals in the first half. The Mounties responded well in the second half with a quick goal from the penalty spot scored by senior Evan Conant for his second of the season. Two more goals for Haslett sealed the game despite an improved second half performance from the away side. Northwest will look to bounce back at home on Thursday against Harper Creek.
